We market and facilitate introductions to real estate investment opportunities. All investments are arranged and executed directly through third-party developers or their authorised representatives. PAA Global does not act as a seller or developer itself.

We provide information, marketing materials, and introductory services only. We do not:

• Act as an estate agent, broker, or fiduciary.
